Job Description

Legal project manager supporting GIFFORDS in litigation and public education efforts against gun violence. This role involves managing multiple projects and collaborating with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the docket of litigation projects and maintain the pro bono network
  • Develop and oversee systems to ensure impactful work efficiently
  • Manage litigation deadlines and archives
  • Participate in developing team goals and priorities
  • Document the lifecycle of litigation projects
  • Identify tools or software programs to support litigation project management

Requirements:

  • At least 1-4 years of experience in legal project management or paralegal experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
