Job Description
Project Manager leading enterprise Microsoft technology service projects for Logicalis IT clients. Managing delivery, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and customer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple projects through the entire life cycle within approved Statements of Work and Logicalis PMO methodology
- Lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology services including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security
- Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day engagement activities using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as applicable
- Manage project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities
- Oversee third-party vendors’ or partners’ deliverables
- Manage processes, scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, communications, and quality throughout engagements
- Create and maintain master project plans, track milestones, analyze variances, and take corrective action
- Develop project communication plans covering meetings, status reporting, and escalations
- Ensure deliverables meet Statement of Work requirements and customer satisfaction
- Document and share lessons learned to support continuous process improvement
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and the Logicalis Service Portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training
- 5 or more years of enterprise-level project management experience, managing multiple projects at one time for multiple external customers, managing teams of 1 to 20+ resources, delivering enterprise Msft service offerings
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Experience working within Project and/or PS business applications to plan, manage, and report on project services delivered
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- CAPM, SCRUM, Msft and/or IT industry technical certifications beneficial
