Job Description
Project Manager leading client-facing software implementations for ReSource Pro, an insurance workflow and technology services partner. Managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple client-facing software implementation and related technology services engagements
- Develop comprehensive project and resource plans
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Lead project teams from initiation through delivery
- Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Monitor project scope and risks
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting schedule, cost, or performance
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Build strong client relationships from analyst to executive level
- Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates
- Manage client expectations and address escalations
- Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred, but not required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
- P&C insurance experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools; ClickUp preferred
- Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions such as Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
- Technological proficiency and ability to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems
- Must currently reside full time in the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
