Job Description

Project Manager leading client-facing software implementations for ReSource Pro, an insurance workflow and technology services partner. Managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client-facing software implementation and related technology services engagements
  • Develop comprehensive project and resource plans
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Lead project teams from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor project scope and risks
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting schedule, cost, or performance
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong client relationships from analyst to executive level
  • Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates
  • Manage client expectations and address escalations
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
  • P&C insurance experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools; ClickUp preferred
  • Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions such as Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Technological proficiency and ability to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems
  • Must currently reside full time in the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
