Job Description

Project Manager supporting Telix Pharmaceuticals’ radiopharmaceutical development programs for cancer and rare diseases. Managing schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and closure of projects aligned with strategic business plans
  • Manage product development plans, including activity planning, budgets, schedules, resources, and milestones
  • Maintain project management tools such as SmartSheet and ensure accurate schedules, risk assessments, RAID logs, and dashboards
  • Serve as the key internal project contact and facilitate updates, decision documentation, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other cross-functional teams
  • Identify and manage project risks, mitigation actions, change submissions, and schedule impacts
  • Develop, maintain, and report project schedule information and support corrective actions
  • Track budgets, accruals, purchase orders, statements of work, invoices, vendor deliverables, and partner commitments
  • Manage cross-functional reporting relationships and project data traceability
  • Collaborate with department leadership to meet KPIs and lead complex programs aligned with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or life sciences
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, including preclinical and clinical development products (Phase 1–3)
  • Entry-level project management experience with multiple small projects or one complex project
  • Expertise in at least one pharmaceutical drug development function: clinical operations, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience maintaining project management software solutions and tools
  • Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience
  • SmartSheet experience preferred
