Job Description
Project Manager leading medium-to-large technology projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies at Ascend Technologies. Focus on successful project delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technology projects from initiation through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple internal teams
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Share project management best practices with peers and junior team members
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project
