Job Description

Project Manager leading KVG’s client projects from initiation to closure. Coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure
  • Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define scope, build project plans, manage resources, and reduce risk across KVG's global operations
  • Coordinate cross-discipline team members on requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve execution issues
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information
  • Build and run project communication plans
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other implementation and handover documentation
  • Identify new client opportunities to expand project scope and build long-term relationships
  • Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage customer satisfaction
  • Run post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improvement areas
  • Guide and mentor junior project team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Professional written and spoken English, which is KVG's working language
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural or international environment preferred
  • Experience with government contracts preferred
