Job Description
Projektmanager*in für serielle Gebäudesanierung bei Construction-Tech-Start-up ecoworks. Steuerung von Bauprojekten von Vorplanung bis Inbetriebnahme.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the end-to-end success of serial renovation projects
- Managing complex and innovative building renovation projects from preliminary planning, tendering and contract award through construction supervision and commissioning
- Managing organization, schedules, costs, building quality and risks
- Process planning and monitoring, as well as budget control
- Close collaboration with the planning department, procurement and the responsible construction management team
- Coordinating project interfaces with the team
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Identifying risks at an early stage and initiating appropriate countermeasures
- Identifying optimization potential and contributing improvement ideas
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid experience in managing construction projects, ideally in renovation or residential real estate
- Very good knowledge of VOB, HOAI and AHO
- Willingness to travel within Germany as required by projects
- Excellent organizational skills and a highly structured approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers and data
- Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills
- Cooperative and team-oriented approach to work
- Interest in revolutionizing Germany’s construction industry and contributing to the carbon-neutral transformation of the building stock
