Job Description

Projektmanager*in für serielle Gebäudesanierung bei Construction-Tech-Start-up ecoworks. Steuerung von Bauprojekten von Vorplanung bis Inbetriebnahme.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the end-to-end success of serial renovation projects
  • Managing complex and innovative building renovation projects from preliminary planning, tendering and contract award through construction supervision and commissioning
  • Managing organization, schedules, costs, building quality and risks
  • Process planning and monitoring, as well as budget control
  • Close collaboration with the planning department, procurement and the responsible construction management team
  • Coordinating project interfaces with the team
  • Primary point of contact for clients
  • Identifying risks at an early stage and initiating appropriate countermeasures
  • Identifying optimization potential and contributing improvement ideas

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of solid experience in managing construction projects, ideally in renovation or residential real estate
  • Very good knowledge of VOB, HOAI and AHO
  • Willingness to travel within Germany as required by projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and a highly structured approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers and data
  • Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Cooperative and team-oriented approach to work
  • Interest in revolutionizing Germany’s construction industry and contributing to the carbon-neutral transformation of the building stock
