Job Description
QA Tester for an AI-first SaaS company in the sports and live entertainment sector. Responsible for manual testing and evolving QA processes in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on manual exploratory, functional and regression testing
- Using AI tools to generate test ideas, explore edge cases and speed up analysis
- Testing across browsers, devices and accessibility standards
- Finding, documenting and tracking issues in Jira with clear repro steps
- Supporting UAT and release testing
- Helping evolve QA processes, test cases and documentation
- Gradually gaining exposure to automation tools (e.g. Playwright)
Requirements:
- Experience within a Software Development environment
- Strong manual testing mindset and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Curious, proactive and happy experimenting with new tools
- Interest in using AI to work smarter , not harder
