Job Description
Quality Assurance Analyst ensuring software reliability and security in a leading solutions company for integrated compliance. Focused on testing and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform software testing to identify defects, document them, and track their resolution with the development team
- Develop and execute test scenarios with a focus on quality and security
- Ensure products meet functional and performance requirements
- Triage issues and perform root cause analysis of tickets
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to define best practices
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to QA processes
- Create and monitor quality metrics
- Participate in planning and executing automated tests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance and software testing
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and a strong quality focus
- Knowledge of common software defects and testing best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
