Job Description
Cook preparing large quantities of food for remote construction camp. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen standards, compliant with food production regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook large quantities of food for remote construction camp.
- Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry.
- Cook various food items according to menus.
- Clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Apportion and serve food to field employees.
- Maintain records of food use and expenditures.
- Prepare food to meet quantity and service schedule.
- Comply with food production regulations and standards.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/or Equivalent
- Current Food Worker Card issued by ADEC
- 4 years experience
