Job Description
Testing and QA Engineer building Power BI dashboards and integrated training analytics. Supporting workforce, performance, and strategic decisions at Genpact.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for training operations performance and effectiveness
- Integrate Spotfire and Smartsheet data into unified analytics platforms
- Apply data visualization, statistical analysis, and data interpretation to identify trends and evaluate workforce deployment models
- Assess training program effectiveness
- Identify performance trends and improvement areas in training delivery and internal customer experiences
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making within the training department
- Work cross-functionally to understand data needs, gather requirements, and present analytical findings
- Enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering
- English required; proficient (C2)
