Job Description
Quality Assurance RN at Providence facilitating clinical improvement strategies and initiatives while leading multi-disciplinary teams. Focused on performance improvement and achieving quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead peer review strategies and initiatives to achieve clinical excellence.
- Combine clinical knowledge with performance improvement emphasis.
- Coach/teach colleagues toward success.
- Work with medical staff leadership utilizing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Direct multi-disciplinary workgroups for operational effectiveness and quality outcomes.
- Direct and coordinate auditing activity for peer review support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
- 1 year Progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts.
- 1 year Experience with statistical analysis.
- 1 year Experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups.
- 1 year Experience with root cause analysis and safety event review processes.
- 1 year Experience with clinical effectiveness and quality.
- 1 year Experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models.
