Job Description
Quantity Surveyor supporting commercial and financial management of Australian infrastructure projects for Twoconnect. Managing cost reporting, subcontracts, variations, forecasting and project financials.
Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial and financial management of infrastructure projects
- Prepare cost reporting and project financials
- Administer subcontracts
- Manage variations and payment claims
- Perform forecasting
- Contribute to future recruitment opportunities through an expression-of-interest candidate pool
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial roles
- Australian infrastructure experience, ideally across water, wastewater, utilities, electrical or civil projects
- Proven COINS ERP experience – required
- Experience with CVRs, cost reporting, subcontract administration, variations and payment claims
- Strong Excel and commercial reporting skills
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
