Job Description
Resource Manager specializing in Projects and Programmes for Capita Pension Solutions. Managing resources efficiently to support multiple projects within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers to identify resource needs for upcoming projects
- Allocate resources in a manner that ensures all projects have the necessary resources to meet their objectives
- Monitor resource usage to ensure that resources are being used efficiently and cost-effectively
- Identify resource conflicts and work with project managers and department heads to resolve them
- Develop and maintain resource allocation policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain resource utilisation reports and metrics
- Coordinate with human resources and finance departments to ensure that resource allocation aligns with Organisational goals and budgets
- Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to improve resource management processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a resource manager or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with resource management software and tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of project management methodologies
