Job Description
Support clinical teams and build relationships to grow territory for innovative medical technology company. Ideal for candidates from medical devices or clinical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in supporting surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams through clinical education and in-theatre / in-service support
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Support territory growth and product adoption
- Act as a local expert for PolyNovo’s advanced wound care solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical environments
- Strong communication skills and credibility with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be highly regarded
- A proactive, commercially curious mindset (sales exposure is ideal but not mandatory)
- Comfort working independently in a small, fast-growing market
- Clinical background (e.g. nursing, theatre, wound care) or sales experience into hospitals is highly regarded
