Job Description
Consultor Comercial remoto para a PIETRA BARIVIERA, empresa de promoção de vendas. Prospectando clientes, negociando soluções e atuando sob comissionamento por desempenho.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect for clients (Outbound)
- Contact potential clients
- Present solutions and opportunities
- Lead negotiations and follow up throughout the sales process
- Work toward targets and performance metrics
- Participate in training sessions and development meetings
- Develop sales techniques and improve performance
- Develop leadership and sales team management skills as your career progresses
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- No prior sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Proactive, determined, and results-oriented profile
- Organized and disciplined approach to working remotely
- Availability to participate in daily meetings and training sessions
- Eagerness to learn and grow in sales
