Job Description
Consultor Comercial 100% remoto promovendo vendas outbound para a PIETRA BARIVIERA. Prospecção de clientes, negociações e desenvolvimento comercial com remuneração comissionada.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active outbound prospecting
- Contact potential customers
- Present solutions and opportunities
- Lead negotiations and follow up throughout the sales process
- Work toward targets and performance metrics
- Participate in training and professional development meetings
- Develop sales techniques and improve performance
- Develop leadership and sales team management skills as your career progresses
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- No prior sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive, determined, and results-oriented profile
- Organization and discipline to work remotely
- Availability to participate in daily meetings and training sessions
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Availability to work as an independent service provider (PJ)
