Job Description
Sales Development Manager driving non-contract pest-control sales for Ecolab across the UK. Quoting leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving budget goals remotely from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and well prescribed quotations in quick timeframes
- Work with customer on digital platforms to glean the relevant information to quote effectively
- Discover sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
- Partner with the service team, corporate account team, and inter-company partners to drive fast and effective solution delivery
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers
- Provide outstanding customer service each and every time you interact with a customer site
- Drive non-contract sales and attain budget goals by responding to leads quickly, quoting professionally and in extremely quick timeframes
- Work closely with Ecolab's biggest FM partner in the UK & Ireland through established accounts, top 10 customers, and commercial contracts
Requirements:
- Home office with internet access capability
- Must be an effective communicator with written and spoken English
- Excellent organisation / time management skills
- Proven relationship management and consulting skills
- Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions
- Proven negotiation & presentation expertise
- Strong self-motivation & drive for results
- Pest elimination and / or hotel and restaurant selling experience preferred
