Job Description

Sales Development Representative joining Ideals Board to support customer adoption across North America. Conducting outbound outreach and collaborating with Account Executives in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across North America
  • Research target personas to deliver an impactful initial contact
  • Book qualified product demos for our Account Executives
  • Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
  • Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to US & Canada markets
  • Strong business communication skills in English – verbal and written
  • Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
  • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
  • Fast learning ability and tech-savvy with CRMs and sales tools
  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
