Job Description
Sales Market Leader consulting with Allstate Exclusive Agents for business success. Focused on strategic growth and operational excellence in the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Allstate Exclusive Agents to consult for their business success
- Consults with Exclusive Agencies to develop strategic business plans and provides operational guidance
- Tracks performance to a strategic business plan for the market
- Communicates Allstate messages to EAs and facilitates access to Allstate resources as requested
- Advises on agency operations and creates action plans to adjust operations accordingly
- Travels to agencies to consult and provide advice on-site and virtually to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Business planning skills
- Business consulting skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Recruiting knowledge and skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and process management skills
- 5+ years of sales leadership preferred
- Property & Casualty/Financial Services experience preferred
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Proven record for obtaining business results through effective internal relationships preferred
- Strong business knowledge & ability to develop effective internal relationships across business functions preferred
- Ability to assess market conditions, trends & indicators required
- Understand pricing, claims, local market planning, sales trend analysis, marketing data, & financial analysis required
- Knowledge of Allstate policies & procedures preferred
- Licenses to obtain: P&C, Life/Health, & Series 6, 63, or 26 (within 90-day timeframe)
- Designated Supervisory Principal experience is a plus
- Ability to travel for business needs required
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
