Job Description
Sales Qualification Associate in SelectQuote handling insurance product inquiries. Working in a fast-paced environment to facilitate consumer needs and transitional processes in insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating a positive 1st impression of SelectQuote by having a conversational, energetic tone of voice.
- Answering primarily inbound calls (approximately 200 a day) from sales prospects and third-party partners.
- Execute transfer of potential customers to a licensed insurance agent.
- Educate consumers on SelectQuote's value proposition of "We shop, you save" through our 20+ A-Rated carrier comparison shopping technology, and further sell them on the importance of talking to our sales agents.
- Intense focus on script adherence, client screening, and handling and overcoming objections and stalls to get them the help they need in their shopping experience.
- Willingness to receive improvement coaching and implement those suggested actions.
- Meet and exceed specified monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Sales Experience is preferred: We are looking for candidates with a sales mindset to join our team.
- Call center, sales with metrics, or a performance-based client-facing job in the last 2 years is preferred.
- Experience working in a professional office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
