Job Description
Salesforce Developer building AI-enabled Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Cloud solutions. Delivering scalable Salesforce implementations for TechTorch’s enterprise technology consulting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and support Salesforce solutions
- Enable quoting, contracting, billing integrations, service operations, and scalable business processes
- Customize and extend CPQ processes and Quote-to-Cash workflows
- Build Salesforce solutions from functional and technical requirements
- Use conversational AI-assisted workflows to generate, refine, test, debug, and explain Apex, Flow logic, LWC, integrations, APIs, and prototypes
- Maintain code quality, security, testing standards, and Salesforce platform best practices
- Implement and configure Salesforce Core solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Develop and configure Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Support Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, and data synchronization
- Manage version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, business users, QA teams, and project managers
- Explain technical options, constraints, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on development and implementation experience
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and integration development
- Hands-on development experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Revenue, or similar CPQ platforms
- Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and billing handoff
- Experience customizing and extending CPQ processes using Apex, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, integrations, and automation
- Experience supporting integrations with billing or finance systems such as NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted development, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and AI-supported configuration and code generation
- Experience with Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, data model design, governor limits, deployment processes, and platform automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, and data synchronization patterns
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements and solution designs into high-quality technical deliverables
- Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is a plus but not required
