Job Description
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect designing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for VXForward’s technology clients. Building integrations, data models, campaigns, and scalable omnichannel engagement platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture solutions
- Use Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable
- Develop data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies
- Support customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement
- Apply enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization practices
- Participate in CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work independently as well as part of a team
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation
- Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
