Job Description
Developer managing the full lifecycle of SAP ABAP HCM solutions for Mollica IT. Engaging in design, development, and delivery processes while ensuring best practices in SAP integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of proposed solutions, from design and development through delivery follow-up;
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ABAP HCM and development best practices (Clean Core, version control, testing);
- Develop extensions to standard solutions (BADIs, user-exits) following SAP recommendations and best practices;
- Build integrations with legacy systems and benefits providers, creating custom APIs in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and services on SAP BTP, prioritizing Clean Core;
- Ensure security, scalability and governance of integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Support the definition of technical standards and sustainable architecture for integrations and extensions;
- Other routine tasks for the area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ABAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors developer and/or with SAP BTP Integration Suite;
- Extensive knowledge of ABAP HCM programming (ABAP HR), including infotypes, logical database and payroll and time clusters;
- Experience with HR-related integrations (REST/OData APIs, SOAP web services, OAuth 2.0/SAML authentication);
- Experience in projects involving SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
- Experience with BADIs, user-exits and extensions on SAP BTP;
- Knowledge of SAP practices for cloud scenarios and integration governance;
- Bachelor's degree (completed) is required;
- Desirable: Knowledge of ABAP Cloud, development on SAP BTP using CAP with Node.js, and SAP Fiori/UI5 will be considered a strong plus.
