Job Description

SAP CL PY Expert Consultant developing technical vision and ensuring implementation success in payroll solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution
  • translates vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution
  • responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale
  • participate in tasks of taking requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the ‘go live’
  • known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between competitors
  • adapt and prepare the technical environment advising on what products are the most appropriate depending on customer requirements
  • solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
  • share and extrapolate knowledge between different clients / work teams to optimize the service provided
  • collaborate and provide suggestions for improvement of the service
  • manage and improve input from other team members
  • develop the organic document of complex applications realized from the functional team
  • supervise the definition of necessary data structures
  • integrated testing of complex applications
  • provide technical support to other members of the development team
  • identify new business areas in existing customers
  • contribute to the reuse of knowledge
  • apply methodological approaches to problem solving and project management
  • encourage and lead the technical education of the development team
  • hold certifications in products / relevant technologies for his/her role in the company
  • offers solutions that help optimization and performance
  • disseminate knowledge as an expert explicitly or implicitly
  • promote the adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology
  • advise on pre-sale actions
  • perform tasks of coaching and mentoring
  • manage the pool of work optimizing the service provided
  • provide suggestions that increase productivity and quality at a technical level
  • anticipate problems at the project / support level and search proactively alternative solutions
  • ensure profitability of the assigned tasks, performing precise monitoring
