Job Description
Senior Project Lead für SAP SDM/RFNO-Implementierungen bei Implico, einem Spezialisten für SAP-basierte Bulk-Logistik. Steuerung von Delivery Governance, Clean-Core-Methodik, SAP Cloud ALM und KI-gestützten Prozessen.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously develop the end-to-end standard implementation methodology for SDM/RFNO
- Develop templates, quality gates, and fit-to-standard workshops
- Assume delivery governance responsibility for customers and partners as Senior Project Lead
- Ensure planning discipline, sound decision-making, risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication
- Act as Design Authority for SDM/RFNO implementations
- Ensure standard and clean-core principles, challenge unnecessary customizations, and safeguard solution quality before implementation
- Establish SAP Cloud ALM as the central delivery backbone
- Integrate AI-powered tools for planning, requirements, tasks, testing, deployment readiness, and reporting
- Integrate AI into design, documentation, testing, and QA, and enable customers and partners to use these capabilities
- Support and manage strategic proposal and tender processes for SDM/RFNO projects
- Develop solution concepts, effort estimates, and implementation approaches
- Work closely with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery
- Establish reusable bid and delivery artifacts as well as best practices
- Develop AI-powered proposal processes and continuously enhance proposal and delivery methodologies
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP projects
- Ideally, experience with S/4HANA transformations, digital supply chains, downstream logistics, retail fuel, or comparable process areas
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM in real-world implementation projects, including project setup, scope and task governance, test coordination, and transparent progress management
- Senior project leadership profile with a strong customer focus
- Excellent partner management skills
- Ideally, experience in a leading GSI or large SI environment
- Strong methodological understanding and the ability to translate SDM/RFNO product standards into reusable implementation components, governance routines, and scalable delivery models
- An AI-savvy “digital pioneer” mindset
- Willingness and ability to use AI to increase efficiency and quality and to drive the adoption of new platforms and tools
