Job Description
Definir a arquitetura de dados e governança em SAP BW/4HANA na Mollica IT. Líder em projetos inovadores no setor de dados e Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Define the target architecture for the modern data platform, standardizing ingestion, storage, processing, and enterprise consumption.
- Architect and govern the SAP ecosystem: SAP BW/4HANA, SAP DataSphere, and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) policies.
- Design BI architecture with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Establish technical standards for integration and data engineering using SAP SLT, SAP BTP, and secure APIs for real-time integration between OT and IT systems.
- Define and apply comprehensive Data Governance methodologies for new architectures.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of tools such as SAP Data Governance for master data management.
- Ensure high-performance architectures for large-scale analytical and AI workloads.
- Implement robust security, compliance, and governance across all platforms and integrations.
- Work in partnership with business stakeholders, data engineers, BI developers, and automation teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter reference for emerging technologies in Analytics, AI, Automation, and Governance.
Requirements:
- Solid experience working as a Solutions Architect.
- Experience in the Industrial or Mining sector.
- Deep knowledge of the SAP environment: SAP BW/4HANA, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BusinessObjects.
- Strong experience with Data Governance platforms and frameworks, especially within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience with integration patterns (Azure ADF, SSIS, SAP SLT, secure APIs).
- Strong technical leadership, clear communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, connecting data to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry, especially with OT data.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Certifications in cloud architecture or SAP Analytics.
