Job Description
Trainer:in für den Bereich SAP S/4HANA, verantwortlich für die Kompetenzentwicklung der Kursteilnehmenden. Focusing on innovative teaching methods and learner success evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Subject-specific instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Design and application of various teaching methods for lesson planning
- Preparation and implementation of learner assessments
- Participation in quality assurance measures
- Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in personalized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree
- Professional and project experience as a consultant
- Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching
- A current SAP S/4HANA certification
- Proof of pedagogical qualification, e.g. P2WTTT certificate, AEVO
- Methodical and didactic skills in presenting instructional content
- Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
