Job Description
Analista de Governança de TI apoiando controles, auditorias e riscos tecnológicos na Stone. Contribuição para a melhoria contínua dos processos de tecnologia da fintech brasileira de pagamentos.
Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and improvement of IT Governance processes and controls
- Monitor technology risks, action plans, and improvement initiatives with the responsible teams
- Assist with internal and external audits by organizing information and evidence
- Collaborate with various technology teams to track requests and understand technical processes
- Contribute to the documentation of IT processes, controls, and procedures
- Support the creation and updating of performance indicators
- Participate in technical meetings and forums, tracking deliverables and outstanding items
- Work in partnership with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Platforms, Data, and Information Security teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field, in progress or completed
- Knowledge of infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments
- Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and integrations
- Basic knowledge of information security and IT controls
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of IT Governance best practices, such as ITIL or COBIT
- Experience with technology processes, internal controls, or audits
