Job Description
Senior Account Executive selling Flywire’s global payments software to education clients. Managing full-cycle sales, revenue quotas, and new-account pipeline growth across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition to prospects
- Achieve established goals and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue quota
- Partner with product, technical, operational, and marketing stakeholders to project manage solution delivery and implementation
- Work with marketing on lead-generation campaigns and new-market research
- Build a metrics-driven sales pipeline of new accounts in the Americas
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree (required)
- 8+ years of full sales cycle experience
- A background selling SaaS based solutions is preferred
- Strong judgement, high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proactive self-starter capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consultative sales
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to demonstrate products remotely
- Ability to meet specific customer needs with effective solutions
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Up to 35% travel
