Job Description

Sales Executive focusing on public sector opportunities in a leading Brazilian software company. Engage in customer relationships and manage proposals for public tenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Map opportunities within public agencies (municipal, state, and federal levels)
  • Identify public tenders, price registration records and other procurement opportunities
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector
  • Conduct institutional visits and technical/commercial meetings
  • Work on expanding existing contracts (upsell and cross-sell)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate specialization courses in the areas mentioned (a plus)
  • Experience in B2B sales for software and service BPO markets (BPO experience is a plus)
  • Experience entering and managing sales CRMs
  • Experience across sales funnel stages
  • Knowledge of data analysis to prepare sales presentations for Management and the Board
  • Strong Excel skills for creating spreadsheets and pricing tables; Word for formatting high-quality proposals; and PowerPoint for client presentations; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of health insurer/operator business/processes (desirable)
  • Knowledge of public sector sales processes, including tender analysis and required documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for short-duration travel
