Job Description

Senior Account Executive responsible for revenue growth by generating and implementing new group business in self-insured markets at Providence Health Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Plan revenue growth by generating and implementing new group business in self-insured markets.
  • Integral to the development and maintenance of key business relationships and is a highly visible face of the Plan in a complex and competitive marketplace.
  • Serve in a consultative capacity, ensuring Producer/Consultant training and productivity and facilitating cross-selling revenue enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in all aspects of Health Plan commercial group benefits with a proven ability to self-motivate and problem-solve.
  • 10 or more years successful insurance industry sales, including both fully insured and self-insured experience.
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
