Job Description

Senior Account Manager owning client relationships, strategy, budgets, and performance reporting for Trevant’s creator marketing campaigns. Driving measurable outcomes for brands through creator and paid amplification programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact and main go-to, leading client discussions.
  • Take strategic ideas from concept to execution and own follow-through for live campaigns.
  • Own campaign plans end-to-end, tying recommendations to client objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop strategic rationales and points of view, challenge creative recommendations when needed, and pitch testable approaches.
  • Track creator and platform trends and translate them into innovative ideas and differentiators.
  • Lead client check-ins, updates, follow-up summaries, QBRs, and internal syncs.
  • Own recurring performance reporting against client KPIs and translate results into clear narratives.
  • Direct and streamline project workflows, schedules, briefs, and management sheets.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, increase account stickiness, and improve workflows.
  • Use and operationalize AI tools for research, reporting, campaign development, and workflow efficiency.
  • Own hard-cost creator trackers and budget control reports; follow up with finance and lead creator compensation and campaign budget discussions.
  • Proactively identify retention risks and build trust and results that support renewals.
  • Drive alignment across creator teams and support Account Coordinators and Senior Account Coordinators.
  • Partner with the paid amplification team on cohesive cross-functional programs.
  • Manage multiple clients and competing deadlines while communicating risks.
  • Present wrap reports and updates internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations or a related agency role.
  • Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective.
  • Experience using Sprout Social or a comparable platform is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to write persuasive briefs, POVs, and reports, and present confidently to clients.
  • Track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, including team mentorship or delegation experience.
  • Able to tie campaign performance back to client business objectives; comfortable owning budget trackers and financial reconciliation.
  • Understands full funnel performance metrics; comfortable discussing conversion, ROAS, and revenue impact, and connecting creator activity to real business outcomes.
  • Experience translating a creator strategy into a performance engine.
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Analytical experience in pulling data and spotting patterns.
  • Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; experience with BI reporting tools like DOMO is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Genuinely obsessed with the creator space and willing to continuously track trends and platform shifts.
