Job Description
Senior AI Ops Engineer at Rox Partner designing and implementing AI agents and chatbots for process automation. Collaborating on data pipelines and ensuring integration with legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy complex AI agents and chatbots focused on process automation and operational support (AIOps).
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for the AI lifecycle, from data ingestion and fine-tuning to production performance monitoring.
- Develop workflows using orchestration frameworks and ensure response quality through rigorous evaluation processes and model sanity tests.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to ensure AI agents are integrated scalably with legacy systems and APIs.
- Monitor resource consumption on Vertex AI, balancing latency, accuracy, and operational cost.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform, with a strong focus on Vertex AI (Model Garden, Agent Builder, and Pipelines).
- Deep mastery of LangChain for chain-of-thought orchestration and LangSmith for debugging, testing, and monitoring LLM applications.
- Proficiency in Python (with emphasis on AI libraries and API integration).
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques and vector databases.
- Ability to create and optimize complex prompts for various models (Gemini, PaLM, etc.).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices applied to AI models.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with communication platforms such as Blip for chat interface integration.
