Job Description
Senior QA Automation Engineer at rapidly growing American company providing advisory and technology services. Focused on pharmacy staffing, ensuring quality in flexible shift work for pharmacists.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain re-usable test components to empower end-to-end testing on mobile and web
- Work with Product Manager and Engineering team to create test plans for new features.
- Scope and stage work into well-defined milestones to avoid a monolithic deliverable.
- Provide timely, helpful feedback to peers and managers, reviewing others' work and suggesting alternative approaches.
- Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs in your area, challenging business context and making a persuasive case for an approach.
- Take initiative to identify and solve important problems and coordinate with others on cross-cutting technical issues.
- Understand how your work fits into the larger project and identify problems with requirements, communicating these issues early
- Persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatch them efficiently, pulling in others as necessary
- Actively solicit and graciously accept feedback from others, seeking ways to improve
Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience with Test Automation
- Experience with Typescript
- Experience with Browser testing frameworks such as Playwright
- Experience with Mobile App testing frameworks such as Appium / Webdriver.io
- Experience working with Agile development practices.
- Experience incorporating Tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Capable of delivering medium-to-complex tests or projects
- As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company
