Job Description
Senior Backend Developer working on a platform for healthcare technology with Dedalus. Developing scalable framework components and collaborating with international product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain framework components and functionalities for our 3tier application platform
- Ensure and constantly improve installability, portability, scalability and servicability of our products
- Deliver re-usable application components that help the organization to monitor and control our backend services
- Ensure consistency and the way our framework is used
- Maintain and further develop framework components, such as Application Server Framework, Kubernetes Framework etc.
- Perform Software design and architecture reviews to evaluate and iterate the designs.
- Work with both local and international product teams 3rd Level support on complex customer problems
- Ensure regular reporting wrt. Status and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education and working experience
- Several years of working experience as a software developer
- Very Strong know how in min 3 of the following technologies: Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL&/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Prometheus, JMeter, Grafana, Dynatrace
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies
- Experience in Software Design, planning and concept creation
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and very good English skills
