Job Description
Senior BMS/HVAC Engineer maintaining building systems in Dublin, Ireland. Field-based role requiring customer relationship management and system servicing in HVAC and energy management.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
- Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
- Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems
- Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
- Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site
Requirements:
- Experience withing a similar role working with BMS systems or within Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
- Ability and willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures
- A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
- Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports
