Job Description
Senior Consultant providing Epic-related consulting services for Nordic clients. Handling administrative computer services and mentoring project teams to enhance workflows and system strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients
- Apply technical expertise to individual client system build
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems
- Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy
- Track and document risks and issues
- Analyze and document workflows
- Work closely with project leadership
- Work directly with Epic end users
- Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions
- Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Epic experience
- At least 1 current Epic certification (Home Health, Hospice, Dorothy, Comfort)
- Some project management experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years’ Epic work experience after certification.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-starter with ability to maintain schedule and meet deadlines.
- Highly adaptable to new project assignments.
- Requires a strong work ethic that respects others, inspires trust, and upholds organizational values.
