Job Description
Senior Engineer designing and implementing conversational experiences on Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud Platform. Building robust flows and secure integrations for reliable assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Own Dialogflow CX build-outs
- Implement secure fulfillment with Cloud Functions/Cloud Run
- Design resilient conversation logic
- Instrument analytics for tracking
- Continuously tune NLU
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with UX writers/content designers
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of Python experience
- 2+ years focused on Dialogflow (preferably CX)
- Concurrency (async/await)
- LangChain / LangGraph
- API/service development with FastAPI /Flask, gRPC
- Hands‑on with GCP services
- Clear communication with product/UX
- Bilingual English proficiency
