- Own the end-to-end design process for features

Requirements:
- Production React + TypeScript proficiency
- Experience building design systems with component libraries
- Deep Figma skills
- Accessibility proficiency: WCAG, ARIA, color/contrast
- User research skills for fast iteration
- Portfolio showing high-craft visual/interaction design
