Job Description

Global partner strategy leader scaling Genesys’ AI-powered customer experience platform. Driving partner programs, incentives, analytics, and worldwide ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the annual global partner strategy and programs aligned with Genesys growth objectives and go-to-market priorities
  • Design and scale global partner programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps with clear success measures
  • Optimize partner coverage models, partner motions, and ecosystem engagement
  • Own annual partner tiering, segmentation, KPIs, compliance requirements, and business planning
  • Review partner performance against plan and take corrective action
  • Design and manage global partner incentives, rebate structures, SPIFFs, performance incentives, and deal-registration incentives
  • Serve as primary contact for partner program and strategy escalations
  • Advise senior and executive leaders on partner strategy, incentives, and performance
  • Align stakeholders across Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Services, Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Define KPIs, establish governance forums, and use data-driven insights to improve partner productivity
  • Lead and develop the global virtual partner support center and specialist teams based in Manila
  • Improve support processes and implement AI-driven efficiencies
  • Own the Genesys partner portal, partner pages, digital experience, and partner technology stack
  • Oversee partner impact assessments through the One Genesys Framework
  • Establish and oversee external Partner Advisory Boards
  • Develop partner program guidelines, rules of engagement, and go-to-market resources with Sales Enablement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global partner team, directly and through matrix relationships
  • Build organizational capability and foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems within a complex enterprise technology environment
  • Experience at a company with a mature partner ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of Partner organization structures, partner leadership, sales-manager workflows, and field pain points
  • Proven track record designing and executing global partner programs that drive growth and scale
  • Marketplace/co-sell experience with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud
  • Experience with partner tools such as Partner Stack
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to act decisively outside established norms
  • Confidence operating in unstructured environments while balancing nuance and urgency
  • Ability to learn rapidly amid evolving technology, market, and organizational priorities
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of global go-to-market models, partner ecosystems, and enterprise SaaS sales motions
  • Extensive experience in highly matrixed global organizations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive-presence capabilities
  • Functional familiarity with Salesforce, including enterprise CRM workflows, personas, and access models
  • Ability to build and develop high-performing teams across multiple workstreams through complexity and change
  • Track record facilitating the career growth of direct reports
  • Experience independently presenting to senior and C-level leadership and incorporating feedback
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data for decision-making and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning software, or equivalent
  • Comfort working outside standard business hours
  • Willingness to travel 2x per year to Manila, Philippines, and 4x per year to other locations
