Job Description

Sr. Director of Talent Attraction leading enterprise-wide talent strategy for the American Cancer Society. Overseeing high-volume hiring and shaping the employer brand in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision and lead the execution of an enterprise-wide talent attraction strategy
  • Own and drive an integrated talent attraction strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Lead scalable, high-impact recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team
  • Shape and elevate the organization’s employer brand and candidate experience
  • Own recruiting operations, performance metrics, and technology enablement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., HR)
  • 12+ years in HR/Talent Attraction
  • 7+ years in management
  • Strong knowledge of workday as an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment tools, and recruitment technologies
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
