Job Description
Sr. Director of Talent Attraction leading enterprise-wide talent strategy for the American Cancer Society. Overseeing high-volume hiring and shaping the employer brand in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and lead the execution of an enterprise-wide talent attraction strategy
- Own and drive an integrated talent attraction strategy aligned to business priorities
- Lead scalable, high-impact recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent Attraction team
- Shape and elevate the organization’s employer brand and candidate experience
- Own recruiting operations, performance metrics, and technology enablement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., HR)
- 12+ years in HR/Talent Attraction
- 7+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of workday as an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment tools, and recruitment technologies
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
