Job Description
Senior Project Manager delivering complex pharmaceutical events for egg, a global experiences agency. Leading international projects, client relationships, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Work 100% for one of the company’s key pharmaceutical clients
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, highly complex projects from briefing through completion
- Serve as the senior-level point of contact for clients
- Build trusted client relationships and advise on project strategy, execution, and best practices
- Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting
- Identify challenges early, manage escalations, and maintain oversight during demanding situations and last-minute changes
- Support and develop team members
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the company
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in event project management within an event agency
- Extensive experience with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Germany and internationally
- Proven experience managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and significant event budgets
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client-side stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of attendee management tools, particularly Cvent
- Strong operational project management skills
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
