Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack Java sênior para a Bullla. Construção de soluções regulatórias, modernização de legado e liderança técnica no Squad Regulatórios.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Senior Full Stack Developer on Bullla’s Regulatory Squad
- Learn and work with legacy systems
- Build new solutions based on modern architecture
- Gather requirements directly from the business team
- Investigate and technically analyze issues for architecture discussions
- Contribute to software architecture, systems integration, and messaging
- Work with asynchronous communication, high volume, and reprocessing
- Serve as the technical reference for the squad, without a formal tech lead
- Break down deliverables, present trade-offs, and provide direction to the team
- Keep the board up to date and encourage the team to do the same
- Automate team processes
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with legacy systems and modern architecture, including microservices, queues, and AI
- Ability to investigate and analyze issues in depth, bringing technical analysis to architecture discussions
- Ability to gather requirements from the business team without formal documentation
- Knowledge of software architecture, Java, systems integration, and messaging
- Experience with asynchronous communication, high volume, and reprocessing
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- 6–7+ years of experience with Java
- Knowledge of Spring, microservices, and front-end fundamentals
- Observability with Datadog is a plus
- Experience automating team processes is a plus
- Autonomy and a proactive approach
- Clear communication, including the ability to flag urgency in a timely manner
- Ability to serve as a technical reference by presenting trade-offs, breaking down deliverables, and providing direction to the team
- Ownership and the ability to keep the board up to date and engage the team in this practice
