Job Description
Engenheiro FullStack Sênior desenvolvendo a infraestrutura de crédito do agronegócio da AgRisk. Evolução de aplicações React, serviços Node.js e arquitetura distribuída ponta a ponta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end features, working across the backend and frontend and following the entire development lifecycle through to production.
- Lead technical initiatives from solution design through delivery, breaking down requirements, implementing, testing, and rolling out changes to production.
- Enhance React applications and Node.js services while maintaining quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Evolve the platform architecture (monolith and/or microservices), balancing short-term decisions with long-term sustainability.
- Build resilient integrations using retries, timeouts, idempotency, circuit breakers, and fallback mechanisms.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Support the production environment by investigating incidents, proposing improvements, and participating in postmortems.
- Use AI tools as part of the development process to increase productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Mentor less experienced developers and actively contribute to the team’s technical growth.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as NestJS and/or Express.
- Solid experience with React and modern web application development.
- Ability to independently develop end-to-end features, working across the frontend and backend.
- Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AI development tools (AI-first), using them as part of the daily workflow.
- Strong communication skills, ownership, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers.
- English proficiency.
