Job Description
Senior full-stack engineer designing governed AI-agent infrastructure for CreatorIQ, the creator-marketing operating system. Building React/TypeScript interfaces and Node.js/Python services for enterprise automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and governance of Agentic Solutions
- Develop platforms that run AI agents and integrate them with CreatorIQ through APIs, data connectors, and custom MCP servers
- Design and maintain safety, security, reliability, and compliance guardrails for enterprise AI agents
- Build systems and interfaces for users to discover, evaluate, and select AI agents for business workflows
- Develop frontend interfaces using React/TypeScript and backend services using Node.js/Python
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions and feedback sessions
- Process real-user monitoring results to demonstrate solutions and gather implementation feedback
- Advise on AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and database strategies
- Work across the stack on the Platform Infrastructure team to connect agents to CreatorIQ’s ecosystem
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems
- 2+ years designing or deploying AI-powered applications
- Experience with one or more agent frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agent SDK
- Practical experience building and deploying AI agents at scale and in production
- Experience deploying MCP servers as enablement layers for production agents
- Understanding of safety and governance guardrails for AI agents
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python
- Strong background building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and proficiency managing agent environments
- Experience or knowledge with AWS/GCP and database strategies
