Job Description

Senior HR Generalist guiding employee relations, talent, and workforce planning. Supporting Trinzic's transformation into an independent public company.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders and employees across corporate functions to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and People Team policies
  • Manage employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related issues
  • Coach managers on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and effective leadership practices
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and restructuring initiatives in partnership with business leaders and People Team stakeholders
  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations teams to deliver integrated people solutions
  • Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning discussions, and development planning activities
  • Review workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, support decision making, and inform People Team recommendations
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of People Team programs, policies, and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and established HR practices
  • Participate in special projects and strategic People Team initiatives associated with Trinzic's growth and evolution as a standalone public company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations
  • Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives
  • Experience supporting a corporate or professional employee population in a complex organizational environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, HR practices, and employment law fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence leaders across multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong business partnership, coaching, and consultation skills
  • Ability to assess and resolve complex employee situations using sound judgment and discretion
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
