Job Description
Senior IT Lawyer supporting a technology company’s cross-border agreements, intellectual property, and investment activities. Advising Sales and business teams on negotiations, contracts, and legal risks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions
- Provide legal support for investment activities
- Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Advise on intellectual property and personal data matters
- Assist Sales and other departments during contract negotiations and approval phases with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Research and evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Safeguard the business through practical legal solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT
- Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and investment legal support
- Expertise in intellectual property law
- Detail-oriented mindset
- At least Upper-Intermediate English
- Confidence in international legal frameworks
