Job Description
Sr. Key Account Manager for Convenience Retail at Coca-Cola. Leading sales execution and financial strategies for Circle K accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of ADVANCED HYDRATION promotional plans to all accounts using fact-based industry selling information including IRI / Nielsen and other industry specific data.
- Own P&L performance; calculate, review, and report on various budgets for customer
- Provide consistent pre and post analysis of account performance by utilizing syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of a continuous improvement
- Keep abreast of all competitive and other relevant information and provide consistent feedback to manager, VP Customer Sales and other company leaders as appropriate.
- Foster and grow relationships across the Bottler System.
- Communicate in a timely and accurate manner, all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing personnel
- Present customer updates and plans to CR management team on an ongoing and timely basis.
- Identify gaps in performance and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Owns customer input and securing alignment on all commercial, Marketing and Innovation plans including strategy, tactics, and key execution requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
- 6+ years National Account calling on HQ experience required
- Residence within the Charlotte NC area required (or within 50 miles)
- Syndicated Data experience required
- Strong analytical skills required
- Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and track record in Business Development
- Creative thinker who can work independently
- Excellent Team Management and Development Skills
- 50% travel required by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
- Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy
