Job Description
Senior Machine Learning Engineer building and shipping machine learning systems for proactive AI products. Collaborating with research teams and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Build core ML systems for proactive AI products
- Own tasks end-to-end from data preparation to iteration
- Collaborate with research and product teams
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Mentor other ML engineers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX)
- Strong understanding of ML model behavior in production
- Ability to write production-quality code
- Experience with large-scale ML systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
